Infra Red NestBox Inspection Camera was developed for a local council for monitoring Sugar Gliders. This camera incorporates a high sensitivity infra red image sensor coupled with a deep red illuminator to produce black & white video. Infra Red NestBox Cameras operate on their own secure wireless network and are capable of transmitting from the tree tops out to a distance of 100 metres. Live video from inside the nestbox can be viewed safely at ground level on multiple LCD-Monitors (upto 100 monitors) at the same time. Camera incorporates a deep red high dispersion "wildlife eye safe" light emitting diode that illuminates inside the Nest Box with soft red light . The rotating lens assembly allows the camera to be adjusted through 360° it can look - LEFT - RIGHT - UP - DOWN, handy for viewing bat boxes and sideways into tree hollows. Our Wireless Camera's are extremely simple to use, connect instantaneously to the LCD- Monitors and do not suffer signal dropouts like Wi-Fi, Works Anywhere as no mobile service is required.

Robust housing is machined from non conductive PVC the camera has 200mm of forward projection and a head diameter of 29mm.

Our standard camera screws onto any painters type extension pole which has a 3/4" x 5TPI male thread. This Monarch 1.8~3.6m pole from Bunnings for around $42 is suitable for nest boxes up to heights of 4~5 metres.

This light weight, non conductive carbon fiber pole comprises six sections and is fully adjustable from 1.9m to 9m long. To attain greater height 2.5m extender sections are available. note: this pole has a unique Euro mount requiring modification to your Nest Box Camera prior to delivery. Select" Euro Tapered Mount" option from the drop down menu when placing your order. WE DO NOT SELL EXTENSION POLES.
